The Challenge

Our team was tasked with creating a striking new brand for the shared ownership properties being developed by leading Midland housing association whg. The branding was to be used in a wide-ranging marketing campaign to promote a number of new developments across the region.

The Solution

We produced a fresh, vibrant logo based around the letters ‘S’ and ‘O’ of ‘shared ownership’, echoing the Yin-Yang symbol and thereby reflecting the idea of life balance and harmony. This branding conveyed the sense of a high quality home delivering an aspirational lifestyle and provided by an established, trusted business.
