The Challenge

Leading regional housing provider whg approached us to organise their annual colleague conference at short notice, due to changes within their communications team. The event needed to launch a fresh, more commercial, branding we had created for the business and promote whg’s new corporate plan.

The Solution

A member of our team worked in-house at whg to manage this key project, resulting in a highly successful conference which featured fun, interactive sessions themed around the corporate plan’s core objectives. This included a short play, a video, a quiz, a ‘Through the Keyhole’-style game and an inspirational speech by local Olympic athlete Phil Brown.

The event was a huge hit with colleagues, who described the conference as ‘exceptional’, ‘motivational’, ‘fantastic’, ‘enjoyable’ and ‘brilliant’
