The Challenge

Leading Midland social landlord whg commissioned us to produce a commemorative publication to celebrate their 10th anniversary. They wanted something truly memorable to make them really stand out from the crowd.

The Solution

We researched, devised, designed, wrote and produced ‘The Home That Jack Built’. This nostalgic book centred on one of their longest standing customers, featuring his memories and old photos alongside the history of the area’s social housing and whg’s achievements

The book raised whg’s profile enormously, winning the Chartered Institute of Public Relations Excellence Award for Best External Publication of the Year.

Proud of Our Achievements

Our PR campaign around the book’s launch reached an audience of more than 19 million, generated £200,000 of coverage and promoted whg as a national spokesman on housing issues.
