The Challenge

Leading Midlands housing provider whg wanted an engaging, interactive way to provoke debate among Board members about how best to encourage customers to access services online. This would involve tough decisions, so it was vital they fully understood the potential impact of each approach.

The Solution

We devised and created a fun, colourful digital board game for Board members to play at their meeting. It involved cards, each suggesting a particular course of action and summarising its anticipated consequences.

Depending on their decisions following discussion of each card, they progressed around the virtual board towards their target for getting customers online.

Looks like the game was a big success – thank you for all your work on this and delivering within such short timescales.
