The Challenge

Stroud District Council asked us to rejuvenate its tired-looking tenant newsletter after a survey revealed many residents were less than impressed with it.

The Solution

We revamped the quarterly Keynotes with a vibrant, colourful design and overhauled its content to ensure a varied mix of engaging, informative articles.

Throughout the production process, we work closely with the editorial panel to make sure we deliver a newsletter that residents enjoy.

Proud of Our Achievements

The result, the latest survey showed that 95% like Keynotes and 95.7% find it easy to read – a big improvement on the original survey.
