The Challenge

Hertfordshire-based housing association Thrive Homes wanted to celebrate its 10th anniversary by spreading the word about its ambitious development programme. We were asked to create a publication showcasing successfully completed schemes and future planned projects. The idea was to produce a high quality ‘yearbook’ they could leave with stakeholders, with the aim of generating excitement around their work while attracting potential partners and new opportunities.

The Solution

We created a design which, although in line with their existing strong branding, had a fresh, dynamic look with a sense of energy and movement. The eye-catching cover and graphic motifs dotted through the pages reflect Thrive’s renewed vigour as a business on the move, while the individual case studies have a clear, image-led, easy-to-read style.

The yearbook is just what we were looking for – it is attractive and attention-grabbing but maintains the professional, corporate feel we like to maintain in our publications.

Proud of Our Achievements

Having worked with Thrive for many years on a raft of projects, from re-branding to PR, we are proud of the part we have played in raising the profile of this housing provider – which may be small, but thinks big – helping it to grow and develop into the driven, forward-thinking business it has become.
